I seem to remember that toolmanager loads dockicons through datatypes.
You need to get the latest OS3.5 icon/brush/ilbm datatypes depending
on the sort of images you use. I use glowicons from the OpusMI
package, which work well, and also look nice (same style as 'regular'
glowicons).
